We want to reassure everyone that Santae is not shutting down. A new owner has been identified, and steps are being taken behind the scenes to ensure the game’s future remains stable and supported.

That said, we are in the midst of a very difficult time, both emotionally and logistically. Out of caution and on the advice of counsel, the game was temporarily taken down yesterday but after further reflection, we recognize that decision only added to the confusion and fear. We’re here, we’re not going anywhere, and we are doing our best to move forward.

In light of recent events, we also want to clarify a few critical points:

 Several chargebacks were made to our PayPal account. As a reminder, per our Terms of Service, all sales in the Cash Shop are final. These chargebacks directly affect our ability to pay staff, keep servers running, and deliver the content our players love.

 I have made every effort to step down, as many in the community asked. A new owner is ready to step in, and we ask for your patience as we transition. This has not been easy for anyone involved.

I’m here, sincerely asking, what can I do to help fix this? I’ve tried to make things right, and I acknowledge where things have gone wrong. I want to rebuild trust, not just in words but in actions.
