The  Community Engagement team serves as the heartbeat of Santae’s community. Their role is to create a vibrant and inclusive environment by engaging with members on forums, Discord, and social media. They take the lead in building positive connections, promoting events, and encouraging participation in community activities. Their dedication helps Santae thrive as a welcoming home for adventurers, where everyone can feel valued and inspired.

The  Moderator and Junior Moderator play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our forums and Discord server by monitoring discussions and enforcing guidelines. They promptly address inappropriate behavior, respond to member inquiries, and foster a welcoming environment, contributing significantly to our community's well-being.

The  Admin team handles a variety of critical tasks, including but not limited to; managing support tickets, resolving compromised accounts, ensuring the Terms of Service continue to be adhered to, while also addressing accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or community guidelines. They are also responsible for investigating items or any content on Santae when necessary. These responsibilities are essential to ensuring Santae’s continued amazing success. The  Artist, Graphic Artist, and Junior Artist are the creative backbone of our platform, bringing ideas to life with unmatched skill and dedication. They meticulously craft each piece of content, ensuring it meets our standards of excellence. The  Writer is the creative heartbeat of Santae, weaving vivid stories, immersive item descriptions, and engaging news posts that bring Santae to life. Through their words, they continue to craft the lore, culture, and adventures that captivate our community and enrich the gameplay experience.

The  Talent Experience Manager is dedicated to nurturing a positive staff environment across Santae. They handle recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff relations, ensuring each team member has the resources and support needed to thrive. They also refine HR policies and coordinate professional development opportunities for the entire Santae staff.

The  Community Manager bridges the gap between Santae’s vision and player experiences, working closely with the Community Engagement Team. They organize large-scale community events, gather feedback, and keep conversations lively across forums, Discord, and social media. Their focus is on maintaining an enthusiastic community where everyone feels heard and engaged.

The  Adventure & Content Coordinator designs and executes in-game events, special adventures, and content releases. They collaborate with creative and technical teams to plan fresh challenges and expansions that keep players excited. If you have suggestions for new events or adventure ideas, please share them through the appropriate forum or Support Ticket system.

The  Developer is the creative engine behind Santae’s technical functionality. From developing new features to fixing bugs, glitches, and errors, they ensure the site runs seamlessly. Please refrain from messaging them directly - instead, to ensure what you are reporting is logged and corrected by the Santae Team, please report it on our Help and Suggestions Forum and it will alert our Development team on Discord for a prompt resolution!

The  Developer &  Project Manager oversee the strategic direction and overall management of Santae, guiding its growth and shaping its future. They set high-level goals, make key decisions, and drive the development of new features and content. Please note: for technical issues or bug reports, avoid contacting them directly.
