Welcome to Santae, and thank you for joining our community, we are so happy to have you with us. This document outlines the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Santae website and related services (collectively referred to as "Santae"). By accessing and using Santae, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as a well as any applicable local laws and regulations. Failure to follow the rules at ANY time will result in Account Penalties or permanent loss of your account. This Agreement is entered into between you, the user ("you," "user," "player"), and Santae Entertainment LLC ("Santae," "management," "staff," "us," "we"), located in Mobile, Alabama. Your continued use of Santae constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.

  • 1. Eligibility, Account Responsibility, and User Obligations

    • 1.1 Eligibility Requirements:
      By accessing Santae, you certify that you meet the minimum age required to consent to the processing, collection, and use of personal data under applicable laws. In the United States, the minimum age is 13 years, while in the European Union, it ranges between 13 and 16 years, depending on the country. Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from registering an account or using Santae unless an authorized legal guardian fills out and returns our COPPA form consenting to use.

    • 1.2 Account Termination Due to Ineligibility:
      If it is discovered that an account has been registered by an individual under the age of 13 or is otherwise ineligible, Santae reserves the right to terminate the account immediately and without prior notice. This measure ensures compliance with legal requirements and protects the integrity of our community.

    • 1.3 User Responsibilities:
      As a user, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your account complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up-to-date. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, and any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You agree to notify Santae immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

    • 1.4 Multiple Accounts and Account Sharing:
      Each user is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including obtaining duplicate items or maintaining multiple galleries, is prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts. Sharing your account login information or accessing another user's account, with or without their permission, is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

    • 1.5 Self-Harm or Suicide:
      Santae is not equipped to moderate discussions related to self-harm or suicidal ideation. If you are experiencing distress, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a trusted individual, medical professional, emergency services, or a national crisis hotline in your area. To ensure the safety and well-being of our community, accounts found to have a history of posting such content, whether on-site or the Official Discord, may be subject to immediate suspension. Additionally, referencing self-harm or suicidal ideation in an attempt to appeal an account closure or to pressure The Santae Team into reinstating an account will result in the forfeiture of any possible appeal.

    • 1.6 No Collective Pressure or Organized Agendas
      Santae Entertainment LLC maintains sole authority over all development and moderation decisions. Users and staff are strictly prohibited from organizing or participating in coordinated efforts designed to pressure the development team, challenge staff actions, or influence decision-making through collective behavior. This includes — but is not limited to — group messaging campaigns, mass feedback pushes, coordinated complaints, or public efforts aimed at reversing or altering official decisions.

    • 1.7 Feedback Must Be Individual and Respectful
      All suggestions, feedback, and concerns must be submitted individually through official channels such as SanMail, support tickets, or designated feedback forms. Attempting to bypass these systems through emotional appeals, peer pressure, or collective action disrupts the integrity of the feedback process and will not be permitted.

    • 1.8 Equal Accountability for Staff and Users
      Staff are held to the same standards as users. Any attempt by staff to incite, participate in, or support group efforts intended to undermine leadership, create division, or manipulate outcomes will result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate removal from the team.

    • 1.9 Enforcement and Consequences
      Any user found engaging in collusion, organized pressure campaigns, or coordinated disruption may face disciplinary action, including restricted access to features, revocation of community privileges, or permanent account termination. Staff found in violation of this policy may be subject to demotion, suspension, or dismissal. Santae is committed to a transparent, respectful, and orderly environment — not one dictated by group pressure.

  • 2. Amendments to Terms and Conditions and Compliance

    • 2.1 Right to Amend:
      Santae Entertainment LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Such changes may be necessary to reflect updates in our services, changes in the law, or other reasons deemed appropriate by management.

    • 2.2 Notification and Acceptance of Changes:
      Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will become effective immediately upon posting on the Santae website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of Santae following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue your use of Santae immediately.

    • 2.3 Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
      You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of Santae. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with data protection laws, intellectual property laws, and regulations governing online behavior.

  • 3. Staff Decisions, User Conduct, and Community Standards

    • 3.1 Finality of Staff Decisions:
      All decisions made by Santae management and moderation staff are final and binding. These decisions are made to ensure the smooth operation of the platform and the safety of the community. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a decision, you may submit a SanMail to the management team or file a support ticket for further review. However, public disputes or discussions regarding management decisions are strictly prohibited and may result in additional disciplinary actions, including account suspension or permanent ban.

    • 3.2 Abuse of Staff and Reporting Features:
      Abuse of moderation staff, including disrespectful communication or misuse of reporting features, is strictly prohibited. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, frivolous reporting, mass reporting with the intent to harass, or making false accusations against other users. Such actions undermine the integrity of our moderation system and will result in disciplinary measures, including warnings, account suspension, or banning.

    • 3.3 User Conduct and Community Standards:
      Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully within the Santae community. This includes refraining from harassment, personal insults, name-calling, hate speech, blacklisting, and passive-aggressive behavior. Additionally, any form of discrimination, including but not limited to homophobic, transphobic, racist, or sexist behavior, is strictly forbidden. Users are also prohibited from engaging in public "callouts" or shaming other users. Any behavior that disrupts the community or makes other users feel unwelcome will be addressed promptly by Santae staff.

    • 3.4 Reporting Violations:
      Any violations of community standards should be reported through appropriate channels, such as the "Report Post" function on the forums or direct communication with a Moderator. Santae encourages users to report violations rather than engage directly with offending individuals. The safety and well-being of our community are of the utmost importance, and we are committed to taking swift and appropriate action to address any issues.

  • 4. Fair Play, Anti-Scam, and Account Security

    • 4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities:
      To maintain a fair playing environment, the use of bots, autoclickers, or any software or services that allow unattended access to Santae is strictly prohibited. Such activities give users an unfair advantage and undermine the integrity of the game. Accounts found in violation of this policy may have excess items removed, and users may face account suspension or permanent ban.

    • 4.2 Anti-Scam Policies:
      Scamming, defined as any attempt to defraud other users of items, pets, currency, or other assets, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, misleading trade practices, false claims, or any other deceptive behavior intended to take advantage of other users. Santae staff will never request your password or ask for access to your account. Any user found attempting to scam others will be subject to immediate disciplinary action, including account suspension or banning.

    • 4.3 Account Security Measures:
      Users are strongly advised to protect their account information by keeping their login details confidential and using strong, unique passwords. Santae takes account security seriously and has implemented various measures to protect user accounts. However, users are ultimately responsible for their own account security. Any user found attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account will be permanently banned. In cases where an account is stolen, Santae will work to return the account to its rightful owner, and any users involved in the theft will have their accounts deleted.

    • 4.4 Loaning and Collateral:
      When loaning items or currency to another user, it is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient collateral is obtained to cover the loan amount. Borrowed items or pets must be returned within the agreed-upon timeframe or within a reasonable period. Santae staff will intervene in disputes over loans only if sufficient evidence is provided.

    • 4.5 Reporting Scams and Unauthorized Access:
      Users who believe they have been scammed or have experienced unauthorized access to their accounts should report the issue immediately through the support ticket system. Santae takes all reports seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action as necessary.

  • 5. Respectful Conduct, Content Standards, and Enforcement

    • 5.1 Respectful Conduct:
      Users are required to treat others with respect and to engage in civil discourse within the Santae community. Harassment, bullying, personal insults, and any form of abusive behavior are strictly prohibited. This extends to all areas of interaction, including forums, private messages, and in-game chat. Users found engaging in disrespectful conduct will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including account suspension or permanent ban.

    • 5.2 Content Standards:
      As a PG-13 community, Santae has specific standards for content that can be shared. Inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content, including links to external sites, is not allowed. Users are expected to avoid sharing or promoting content that includes, but is not limited to, nudity, graphic violence, vulgar language, or discriminatory remarks. Mild language such as "ass," "damn," "hell," and "crap" is permissible, as are acronyms like "lmfao" and "wtf," provided they are not used in a derogatory manner.

    • 5.3 Prohibited Content:
      Sharing content that is considered inappropriate ("NSFW" material, vulgar, pornographic, or otherwise sexual content), violent (graphic violence, references to self-harm), misleading (misinformation, defamatory statements), or discriminatory (offensive pet-/usernames, homo-/transphobic or racist behavior) is strictly prohibited. Content that is overly divisive, such as discussions of current political events or religion, is also not permitted. Users who share or promote prohibited content will face immediate disciplinary action.

    • 5.4 Illegal Content:
      The sharing and discussion of illegal content are strictly forbidden on Santae. This includes, but is not limited to, content related to illegal substances, unlawful activities, vandalism, and other illegal behaviors. Posting such material will result in its removal and may lead to a warning or account ban, depending on the severity of the offense.

    • 5.5 Enforcement of Terms and Conditions:
      Santae reserves the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Violations may result in actions including, but not limited to, warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans. Santae is not responsible for any loss of data, items, or account access resulting from violations of these Terms and Conditions.

    • 5.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
      This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from the use of Santae shall be resolved in the courts located in Mobile, Alabama.

    • 5.7 Contact Information:
      For any questions or concerns regarding these Terms and Conditions, users are encouraged to contact Santae Entertainment LLC via the contact methods provided on our website.

  • 6. Privacy Policy

    • 6.1 Prohibition on Requesting Personal Information:
      Users are strictly prohibited from requesting highly personal information from other members. This includes, but is not limited to, legal names, addresses, schools, or phone numbers. Inquiries regarding general information, such as country, pronouns, or nicknames, are permissible; however, users are under no obligation to provide such information and should not be pressured to do so. Respecting the privacy of all users is paramount, and any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action.

    • 6.2 Sharing of Social Media Accounts:
      Social media accounts should only be shared through private messaging systems, such as SanMail or Discord. Unauthorized disclosure of another user's personal information, including but not limited to doxxing or sharing of private details, is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal consequences, depending on the severity of the violation.

    • 6.3 Posting of Images and Consent:
      The posting of images depicting real-life individuals, including selfies, is only permitted if all persons shown are 18 years of age or older and have provided explicit consent for the image to be shared. Santae reserves the right to remove any content deemed too personal or inappropriate at its discretion. Users are encouraged to handle personal matters through private messaging systems to maintain privacy and security.

  • 7. Intellectual Property Rights

    • 7.1 Ownership of Content:
      All content on Santae, including but not limited to pet images, writings, and concepts such as pets and NPCs (non-player characters), is the exclusive property of Santae Entertainment LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Santae-owned content, including theft or misuse of site images or other copyrighted materials, will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action. Santae vigorously protects its intellectual property rights to maintain the integrity and uniqueness of the platform.

    • 7.2 Prohibition on Commercial Use of Traced Artwork:
      Users are prohibited from using traced artwork from Santae for commercial purposes, including but not limited to commissions or sales, whether in-game or for real-life currency. Personal use of such artwork on the site is permitted within the confines of these Terms and Conditions. Any commercial exploitation of Santae’s intellectual property without permission is strictly forbidden.

    • 7.3 Use of Third-Party Art and Creations:
      Any use of art, graphics, writing, or coding created by others, whether or not they are Santae users, requires explicit permission from the original creator. Free bases and line arts may not be edited or sold without the express consent of the creator. Users must provide clear and explicit credit to the original creator by name; vague credits such as "credit to the artist" are not acceptable and may result in content removal and potential disciplinary action.

    • 7.4 Fan Art and Commissions:
      Santae welcomes and encourages fan art from community members. Fan art is defined as artwork created by individuals outside of Santae Entertainment LLC that is inspired by or depicts Santae’s characters, creatures, locations, or other original content.

    • Commissions & Personal Use: We allow fan artists to take commissions and sell their artwork featuring Santae characters, pets, and designs. However, if posting fan art off-site, we ask that the artist credits any Santae-owned design, character, or asset used as a reference with the following attribution:

    • (c) Santae Entertainment LLC.

    • Authorship & Copyright: The artist retains ownership of their drawing and the creative expression they add to their fan art. However, Santae Entertainment LLC retains copyright over the original designs, characters, and assets depicted in the artwork.

    • Limitations: While we support fan creations, fan art does not grant rights to redistribute, reproduce, or sell official Santae assets, designs, or trademarks without permission. Tracing or direct copying of Santae's official assets for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

    • 7.5 Submissions and Rights:
      Any submissions of Santae-related artwork, development, text, images by staff or third-party users grant exclusive rights and copyright ownership to Santae Entertainment LLC. This provision supersedes any other agreements or contracts unless both parties explicitly agree to an exception in writing. Santae retains the right to use, modify, and distribute submitted content as it sees fit.

  • 8. Language Policy

    • 8.1 English as the Primary Language:
      To ensure effective communication and moderation, all interactions on Santae, including messages and content shared on-site and via Discord, must be conducted in English. The use of other languages in messages, images, or videos is not permitted at this time. This policy is in place to facilitate clear and consistent communication across the platform.

  • 9. Content Standards

    • 9.1 PG-13 Community Standards:
      Santae is a PG-13 community, and all content must adhere to the appropriate standards. Users are expected to contribute content that is suitable for all audiences aged 13 and above. Inappropriate, rude, or offensive content, including links to external sites that do not meet these standards, is strictly prohibited.

    • 9.2 Language and Cursing:
      The use of cursing or masked curse words is not allowed on Santae. However, mild language such as "ass," "damn," "hell," and "crap," as well as acronyms like "lmfao" and "wtf," is allowed, provided they are not used in an insulting or derogatory manner. Users are encouraged to maintain respectful communication at all times.

    • 9.3 Prohibited Content:
      Content that is deemed inappropriate, including "NSFW" (Not Safe For Work) material, vulgar, pornographic, or otherwise sexual content, graphic violence, references to self-harm, misinformation, defamatory statements, or discriminatory behavior (such as homo-/transphobic or racist behavior), is strictly prohibited. Additionally, divisive discussions on topics such as current political events or religion are not allowed. Any violation of these content standards will result in immediate content removal and potential disciplinary action.

    • 9.4 Illegal Content:
      The sharing and discussion of illegal content are strictly forbidden on Santae. This includes, but is not limited to, content related to illegal substances, unlawful activities, vandalism, and other illegal behaviors. Posting such material will result in its immediate removal and may lead to severe disciplinary actions, including a warning, account suspension, or banning, depending on the severity of the offense.

  • 10. Account and Gameplay Policies

    • 10.1 One Account Per User Policy:
      Users are permitted to maintain only one account on Santae. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to obtaining duplicate items or maintaining multiple galleries, is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in the closure of all related accounts and potential additional penalties.

    • 10.2 Account Access and Sharing:
      Users are prohibited from logging into or using another player’s account for any reason. Sharing account credentials or accessing another user’s account, with or without their permission, will result in the immediate freezing of all involved accounts. This policy is designed to protect account security and maintain fair gameplay.

    • 10.3 Prohibition on Selling Accounts:
      The sale of accounts for any currency, whether real or in-game, or for items is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be involved in such transactions will be terminated without notice, and the user may face further disciplinary actions.

    • 10.4 Account Creation and Responsibility:
      Users may not create an account on behalf of another individual. By creating an account, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, which cannot be accepted on behalf of someone else. Users are responsible for ensuring that their account complies with all applicable rules and guidelines.

    • 10.5 Violations of the One-Account Policy:
      Any violation of the one-account policy will result in the immediate suspension or banning of all involved accounts. Santae takes this policy seriously to ensure a fair and balanced experience for all users.

    • 10.6 Shared IP Addresses:
      Users who share the same IP address due to being family members, friends, or residing in the same location must notify Santae staff to avoid being flagged as multi-accounts. Excessive or suspicious activity among accounts sharing an IP address may lead to the accounts being flagged for review and potential disciplinary action.

    • 10.7 Gifting and Item Transfers:
      Gifting between accounts is allowed and encouraged; however, any excessive or suspicious activity related to gifting or item transfers may result in the accounts being flagged for further review. Santae reserves the right to investigate any unusual activity to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • 11. Games and Dailies

    • 11.1 Participation in Games and Dailies:
      Users are permitted to engage in games and dailies only on their own accounts. Performing game-related activities, such as restocking or completing quests, on behalf of another player is strictly prohibited under Santae’s one-account and no-sharing policies. This ensures that all users have a fair chance to participate in these activities.

    • 11.2 Prohibition on Automated Tools:
      The use of bots, automated plugins, or other functionalities that provide an unfair advantage in games and other site activities, such as Gathering or Fishing, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to cheat, exploit game features, glitches, or loopholes will result in immediate suspension or banning. Santae is committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment for all players.

  • 12. No Begging

    • 12.1 Prohibition on Begging:
      Begging for items, currency, or pets in any area of Santae is strictly prohibited and may result in a warning or account ban. This includes soliciting items, currency, or pets for free or at significantly reduced prices. Users are encouraged to participate in the game fairly and to avoid disrupting the community with such requests.

    • 12.2 Begging from Departing Users:
      Begging for items, pets, or currency from users leaving the site is only permitted if the user in question is actively seeking to give away their items or pets. Santae staff reserves the right to intervene if this policy is abused.

  • 13. No Advertising

    • 13.1 Prohibition on Advertising:
      While discussions about other games are permitted, trading items or buying/selling items related to another game within Santae is prohibited. This policy is in place because we cannot guarantee the safety of such transactions, and in the event of any issues, we would be unable to provide assistance. Santae strives to maintain a focused and secure community environment.

  • 14. Custom CSS

    • 14.1 Creation and Use of Custom CSS:
      Users may create and apply Custom CSS to customize features such as pet profiles, user shops and/or user profiles on Santae. All Custom CSS must comply with the site’s content guidelines and must not be malicious, disruptive, or interfere with normal gameplay. Permanently altering, obscuring, hiding or manipulating official pet images on user or pet profiles through Custom CSS is strictly prohibited. Any user found in violation of this rule will have their Custom CSS removed. While customization is encouraged, all modifications must align with Santae’s standards to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all players.

    • 14.2 Interaction with Staff Tools:
      Santae administrators have the tools necessary to interact with and manage users' CSS. Users are prohibited from intentionally covering, hiding, or otherwise manipulating staff tools through the use of Custom CSS. Any attempts to interfere with staff functions will result in the removal of the offending CSS and potential disciplinary action.

  • 15. Real Life Currency Transactions

    • 15.1 Prohibition on Sales for Real-Life Currency:
      Selling anything other than self-made art, writing, or CSS for real-life currency is prohibited on Santae. Any engagement in such transactions will result in the banning of all involved accounts. This policy helps maintain the in-game economy and ensures fairness among all users.

    • 15.2 Prohibition on Selling On-Site Items:
      Users are prohibited from selling on-site items for real-life currency. Any knowledge of users engaging in such sales should be reported to Santae staff immediately. Violators of this policy will face severe consequences, including account termination.

    • 15.3 Advertising Art for Sale:
      Users may advertise self-made art for sale in USD on-site, but payment links must be exchanged off-site. Discussions of payments should be conducted through instant messaging services. Santae does not facilitate or mediate financial transactions, and all such dealings are conducted at the user’s own risk.

    • 15.4 Liability for Off-Site Transactions:
      Santae Entertainment LLC is not liable for any disputes, chargebacks, or issues related to off-site transactions, including those involving Art Commissions, Coding Commissions, or Writing Commissions. Users are advised to take appropriate precautions when engaging in such transactions.

  • 16. Cross-Site Trading

    • 16.1 Prohibition on Cross-Site Trading:
      Cross-site trading is not permitted on Santae at this time. Users should await future updates regarding this policy. Santae may review this policy periodically and make changes as necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

  • 17. Glitches

    • 17.1 Reporting Bugs and Glitches:
      Users are required to report any bugs or glitches through Santae's support ticket system or the “Bugs, Glitches, Errors” subforum. Prompt reporting helps maintain the stability and security of the platform.

    • 17.2 Exploitation of Glitches:
      Any gains resulting from the exploitation of glitches will be reversed, and users found to be intentionally abusing glitches will be banned. Santae is committed to providing a fair and balanced gaming experience for all users.

    • 17.3 Glitched Pets Policy:
      Santae does not support or assist in the transfer of glitched pets to maintain fair play and system integrity. Users are responsible for any actions involving glitched pets and undertake such actions at their own risk.

  • 18. Raffles and Contests

    • 18.1 Participation in Raffles and Contests:
      Participation in raffles, contests, and other prize-awarding games not organized by Santae is undertaken at the user’s own risk. Users are advised to exercise caution and discretion when participating in these activities.

    • 18.2 User-Organized Giveaways:
      For user-organized item giveaways, users should utilize the giveaway channels on Discord and the designated giveaway bot. Santae provides tools to facilitate these activities but is not responsible for the outcomes.

    • 18.3 Enforcement of Rules:
      Santae staff will take appropriate action against users found to be scamming, cheating, or otherwise violating the rules. In cases of staff error, refunds will be issued as necessary to ensure fairness.

  • 19. Liability

    • 19.1 Disclaimer of Liability:
      Santae Entertainment LLC is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions resulting from the ability or inability to access Santae’s content and services. Users acknowledge that scheduled maintenance, unforeseen downtime, glitches, and bugs are an inherent part of operating an online platform and may affect accessibility or gameplay.

    • 19.2 User Responsibility:
      By using Santae’s services, users agree that Santae Entertainment LLC is not responsible for the effects these services may have on individual users. Users are solely responsible for their actions, decisions, and interactions within the platform, including but not limited to trades, purchases, and other in-game transactions.

    • 19.3 Off-Site Links:
      Santae Entertainment LLC is not responsible for the content, security, or functionality of any external websites accessed through off-site links provided within Santae. Users who navigate away from Santae do so at their own risk and should exercise caution when interacting with third-party sites.

    • 19.4 Right to Modify:
      Santae Entertainment LLC reserves the right to modify, remove, or alter any site features, content, services, mechanics, or in-game economies at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to site currencies, items, pets, NPC interactions, and user interface elements. Users are encouraged to stay informed by reviewing official announcements and patch notes regularly.

    • 19.5 Account Security & Data Integrity:
      Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, including keeping login credentials confidential. Santae Entertainment LLC is not liable for any unauthorized account access, loss of virtual items, or currency due to compromised credentials. Users should take appropriate measures, such as enabling two-factor authentication if available, frequent changing of passwords or any other reasonable mean to safeguard their accounts.

    • 19.6 Virtual Goods & No Monetary Value:
      All in-game items, currencies, pets, and other digital assets within Santae are virtual and hold no real-world monetary value. Users cannot sell, trade, or exchange these assets for real-world currency or goods outside of Santae’s approved systems. Santae Entertainment LLC reserves the right to revoke, modify, or delete virtual assets at its discretion.

    • 19.7 Fair Play & No Exploitation:

Santae Entertainment LLC is not liable for any discomfort, health issues, or adverse reactions caused by these visual effects. Users with concerns about accessibility are encouraged to provide feedback, but Santae cannot guarantee modifications to accommodate all sensitivities.

    • 19.10 Compliance with Laws & Regulations:
      Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Santae. Any use of the platform for illegal activities, including fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access to data, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • 20. Account Termination and Bans

  • 22. SanCash (sC) Usage

      SanCash (sC) may be traded for other Santae in-game currencies or given as gifts through SanCash Coins.   • 23. Bank or Credit Card Fees

      Santae Entertainment LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any fees, charges, or penalties associated with bank or credit card transactions related to purchases in the Cash Shop or for SanCash (sC). Users are solely responsible for any and all charges incurred as a result of their transactions, including but not limited to transaction fees, overdraft fees, currency conversion fees, or interest charges imposed by their financial institutions.

  • 24. Limited License and Ownership

Rude, hostile, or passive-aggressive behavior — including guilt-tripping, public complaints about fix speed, or bringing negativity into official channels — is strictly prohibited. Santae does not operate on individual user timelines, and we will not adjust our development pace based on demands or complaints.

    • 36.4 Enforcement
      Disruptive behavior during patch periods may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to community platforms, including the forums or Discord server, at the discretion of Santae moderation staff. Continued violations may lead to account suspension or termination as outlined in Sections 3, 5, and 20 of this agreement.

      While Santae staff may be active or visible in the community Discord server or other public platforms, this does not grant users unrestricted access to initiate direct complaints, feedback, or concerns outside of designated channels.     • 37.2 Required Protocol for Concerns and Feedback
      All user concerns, bug reports, feedback, or support requests must be submitted through the proper channels — such as the support ticket system, SanMail, or designated feedback forms. Attempting to use Discord DMs, public tagging, or off-topic discussions to push issues will be considered a violation of communication protocol.

    • 37.3 Boundaries and Respect for Staff Roles
      Staff members are entitled to personal boundaries and may not respond to messages or tags outside of official duties. Users are expected to respect those boundaries and refrain from treating Discord as a direct line to demand answers, escalate issues, or express dissatisfaction inappropriately.

      Failure to adhere to these communication standards may result in warnings, restrictions on Discord participation, or, in repeated cases, suspension of account privileges. All users are expected to follow established procedures to ensure a respectful and organized environment for everyone.

      Users are prohibited from acting as mini-moderators or policing other users in the Discord channels. If staff members are present, they will handle any issues that arise. If no staff members are available, you may report any problems by submitting a Support Ticket or messaging a Moderator directly, providing relevant details such as screenshots, the username of the offender, and the date and time of the incident.

      Users are expected to interact with each other respectfully, avoiding behaviors that could be perceived as policing or condescending. Allow staff to fulfill their moderation duties.
