Additionally, Assistants have the opportunity to contribute ideas and influence future content and features on the site, requiring familiarity with Santae and comfort in providing input for development.
Preliminary Requirements:
You must be at least 18 years of age.
There is a maximum of 30 hours bi-weekly you are allowed to dedicate to assisting; there is no minimum weekly quota. If you need time off, simply message the Developer.
You should have everyday access to Discord for staff communication.

You will at times have to deal with difficult situations, such as having to issue a warning or take action against a friend, and handle challenging users regularly. If you are unsure about your ability to be absolutely fair, please reach out to a senior member of staff and they will gladly assist you.
Some of the duties of an Admin member include answering tickets, monitoring activity logs, checking forums and chats for inappropriate content, and being available to assist users while on the site. Please keep in mind that there will be times when your duties as an Admin member will take precedence over leisure time spent on the site, especially during seasonal events and promotions.

There is a maximum of 20 hours per week you are allowed to dedicate to the Admin role, there is no minimum weekly quota, if you need time off simply, message Developer.
It is strongly recommended to have Discord for staff communication.
Admins are asked to communicate and collaborate with the rest of the Admin Team and report any bugs, glitches, etc to Developers. Communication is done via Discord and the forums.
Applicants must be truthful in the answers to their applications. Training will be given to accepted applicants to help them perfect the position. During the training phase, you will be coordinating with the Senior Admin to facilitate all training duties whenever you can schedule time for training. During training, we strongly suggest being logged into Discord.
