Additionally, Assistants have the opportunity to contribute ideas and influence future content and features on the site, requiring familiarity with Santae and comfort in providing input for development.
**Preliminary Requirements:**
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must have at least 10 hours per month to dedicate to being an Assistant.
You must have everyday access to Discord for staff communication.
Assistants are expected to communicate and collaborate with the rest of the Assistant Team.
Communication is done via instant messaging and forum settings.
Applicants must be truthful in the answers to their applications. Training will be given to accepted applicants to help them perfect the position. During the training phase, you will be required to work a minimum of 3 hours per week. During training, you must be logged into Discord. Communication is crucial to your learning.
