Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation – Design original artwork, illustrations, and graphics for various digital platforms, events, and promotional materials.

The Moderator at Santae Entertainment plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all players. Moderators enforce Santae’s community guidelines, assist players with inquiries, and help foster a positive atmosphere where all users feel welcomed and valued. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Santae’s rules and core values—kindness, compassion, love, and understanding.

As a Moderator, you will monitor discussions, resolve disputes, and ensure that Santae’s community interactions remain constructive. You will also work closely with the Community Manager, Talent Experience Manager and Admin Team to address player concerns and uphold Santae’s Core Values.




Responsibilities
Community Oversight: Monitor chats, forums, and in-game communications to ensure adherence to Santae’s community guidelines. Actively identify and address disruptive behavior to sustain a positive environment.
Conflict Resolution & Disciplinary Action: Mediate disputes between users, enforce rules, and implement disciplinary measures such as warnings, suspensions, or bans. Document incidents and moderation actions accurately to support transparency and ongoing improvements.
User Support & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Engage with community members to foster a sense of belonging and encourage healthy interactions.
Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with the Administration and Community Management teams to relay community feedback and recommend policy enhancements. Maintain detailed logs of moderation activities and incidents for review.

Writers are responsible for developing rich lore, compelling dialogue, and captivating quests that enhance the player experience and deepen the connection between players and the game’s universe.

As a Writer, you will be Working closely with the Artist, Community Management, and Development teams, you will create engaging content that reinforces Santae’s core values of kindness, compassion, love, and understanding. to produce high-quality content that defines the storytelling experience of the game. You will also craft detailed lore, captivating character stories, and compelling in-game dialogues, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative experience for all players.



Responsibilities

You will work closely with our Development and Management teams to safeguard community safety, enforce policies, and provide exceptional user support.

Your key responsibilities include handling support tickets, addressing user concerns, resolving account issues, managing site security, and ensuring compliance with Santae’s guidelines and Terms of Service. Additionally, you will oversee disciplinary actions—moderating user interactions, managing bans, and promptly addressing rule violations or conflicts.

Beyond these core duties, you will also contribute to site development initiatives by collaborating with our development and moderation teams. This includes implementing improvements based on community feedback, onboarding and training new moderators, and keeping staff updated on policy changes to foster a positive and welcoming environment.

In this role, you will oversee and collaborate with community engagement across Discord, forums, and social media, ensuring that players feel connected, informed, and valued. You will be responsible for organizing events, responding to player feedback, and proactively addressing concerns or conflicts. Your job is about building relationships, strengthening trust, and making Santae an even more enjoyable experience to be a part of.

The Community Manager also works closely with the moderation team as well as the admin team, ensuring alignment with Santae’s guidelines while promoting a positive and enriching atmosphere. As a leader in the community, you will set the tone for discussions, encourage meaningful engagement, and provide clear, transparent communication about upcoming features, changes, and events.

The Adventure & Content Coordinator, "ACC" at Santae Entertainment plays a critical role in supporting Management/Development by coordinating content schedules, organizing project timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of in-game updates, events, and community engagement efforts. This position functions similarly to an Administrative Assistant for Santae’s leadership team, ensuring that content remains well-organized and efficiently implemented.

As the Adventure & Content Coordinator, "ACC", you will work with Santae Management/Development, the Narrative Writing Team, Artists, and Community Engagement Team to keep projects on track. From scheduling on-site events to managing documentation and task delegation, you will work to directly improve our current procedures and contribute to the game’s organization and long-term success.



Responsibilities:

Assist with Content Organization – Support the Development Team in structuring content calendars, roadmaps, and scheduling releases of pre discussed content.
Monitor Project Progress – Track each of our ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating updates between teams.
Facilitate Team Collaboration – Work with Artists, Writers, and Developers to ensure that content aligns with Santae’s goals, creative vision and story.
Manage Content Documentation – Maintain organized project files, informal/formal staff meeting notes, and take notes during creative discussions to ensure smooth workflow for each project.
Support Event & Feature Development – Assist in planning seasonal events, new game features, and content expansions by organizing our assets and managing release schedules for the assets.
