Alpha Tester Rollover Policy

At the conclusion of Alpha Testing, we will be wiping all player accounts, but select items, pet makers, sC, and rewards will be logged and transferred to your account after the wipe is complete, there is a comprehensive list below of all the items/trophies images. Here’s how the rollover process will work:

• Important Dates
  • The Alpha Testing Wipe will occur on September 2nd, 2024. The site will close at 23:59:59 on September 1st, 2024, and will remain closed for 24-48 hours while the wipe is performed.
  • Alpha Testing officially concludes on September 30th, 2024, at 23:59:59, and the site will stay closed until Beta launches.
  • Early Access Beta begins on October 5th, 2024.
  • Standard Beta launches on October 19th, 2024.
  • Every Alpha Testers will have an Early Access Beta Key automatically applied to their account, simply log back in on October 5th, 2024 to activate it..
  • Our upcoming Kickstarter will run from August 30th, 2024, to September 30th, 2024.


• Ownership and Rollover Eligibility
  • If you sell your prizes to another player before the Alpha Wipe, the new owner will receive those items after the wipe. Only items and pets you own at the time of the Alpha Wipe will be reissued to your account.


• Username and Account ID
  • Your selected username and account ID will remain yours after the wipe.


• Rollover Items
  • Any item, trophy, or avatar with “Alpha” in its name will be reissued. All rollover items that are in your inventory at the time of the Alpha Wipe will remain in your inventory after the wipe.


• Specific Pets and Figurines
  • The following Divine Figurines and pets will be reissued if you own them at the end of Alpha Testing:
    • Divine Blepp Figurines and Divine Raylen Figurines: Prizes from Alpha Testing.
    • Divine Drava Figurines: Purchased from the Cash Shop.
    • Divine Grusim Figurines: Found in the Lava Caves.
    • Divine Wispyr Figurines: Rewards from referral contests.
    • Divine Luffin Figurines: Reward from a Kickstarter-followers giveaway.
  • If you own a Quibbit pet (evolved via Quibbit Cove), it will be converted into a Divine Figurine. Once used, it will become a non-divine figurine (or a regular item in the case of Divine Drava Figurines) and will not be reissued. However, you will receive the original Divine Figurine back.
  • Harlowins created by using a Divine Figurine will be reissued as a Divine Figurine. Harlowins using a Harlowin Egg found in Gathering will not be part of the Rollover.


• Color-Specific Reissue Policy
  • Only the original color of the Divine Figurine used on your pet will be reissued:
    • Example: If you use a Divine Natural Blepp Figurine and then apply Crimson Shimmer Dust to your pet, you will not receive a Divine Crimson Blepp Figurine after the wipe. Instead, you will be reissued the original Divine Natural Blepp Figurine.
    • Example: If you use a Divine Pipsqueak Drava Figurine on your pet, you will receive another Divine Pipsqueak Drava Figurine after the wipe.
  • Note: If a pet species is not listed above, it will not be reissued after the Alpha Wipe.


• Cash Shop Purchases
  • All items purchased from the Cash Shop that are in your account at the end of Alpha Testing will be reissued after the wipe. This includes leftover SanCash and SanCash Coins. Items added to your wardrobe will be placed directly into your inventory, and Pet Slots will be applied directly to your account, increasing your maximum pet slot count, unused pet adoption papers will return to your inventory.


• Official Santae Contests
  • Any item won from an Official Santae Contest will be reissued. This applies to contests held on our BuyMeACoffee, Discord server, social media platforms, and onsite forums. To confirm if a contest is official, it will be held in our Official Contest Forums, the Official Giveaways channel in our Discord server, or will be clearly stated on our BuyMeACoffee or social media platforms at the time of the contest’s start date.


• Official Santae Issued Trophies/Medals
  • Any medals or trophies issued by The Santae Team will be reissued. This includes:
    • Helpful Member Medal
    • Creative Spotlight Medal
    • Bring a Friend Referral Medal
    • Event Trophies
    • Medals/trophies from our BuyMeACoffee memberships, regardless of whether your membership is active or expired at the time of the Alpha Wipe.
  • Note: This does not include any other medals/trophies not listed here, including trophies/medals won from games or the Dragon Wrangler Medal from the Lava Caves.


• Glitch Pet Papers
  • Glitch Pet Papers will be reissued to your account after the Alpha Testing Wipe. While you are free to do what you like with the renamed pet, please note that these names, which contain “glitched” characters, cannot be renamed or swapped like normal names. Staff cannot make these changes for you. However, we will offer a one-time courtesy name change or replacement of the Glitched Pet Papers if the pet is accidentally renamed.
  • You may sell or trade the Glitched Pet Papers, but it will only be reissued to the owner of the item or glitched pet at the end of the Pre-Wipe Alpha Testing Phase. This item is redeemable only for a “Glitched” Character pet name. Santae may update these rules as necessary.


• Celebrasaurus, Deciceratops, and Jubilasarus Minimals
  • The Celebrasaurus, Deciceratops, and Jubilasarus minimals are bonded to their adventurers and will be reissued after the Alpha Wipe, even if they have already been consumed as part of a pet’s food collection, they will return to your inventory.
