Alpha Tester Rollover Policy

At the end of Alpha Testing, we will be wiping all player accounts, but we will keep a log of select items, pets, and rewards that will transfer over to Beta.

If Player A sells their prizes to player B, then Player A will not have their prizes re-issued for Beta -- Player B will receive them because they own the items at the end of Alpha Testing.

Your Username and Account ID: The username you have selected is yours and so is your Account ID! During our Kickstarter, we may offer "low ID" accounts for those that are looking to have a 1 or 2 digit ID - more information will be released on those during our Kickstarter announcement.

Alpha Tester Prizes: Anything with the name "Alpha" in it - item, trophy, avatar, etc will be re-issued.

Blepp, Drava and Wispyr Pets: Divine Common Blepp Figurines (from alpha testing prizes), ALL Divine Drava Figurines (from the Cash Shop) and Divine Common Wispyr Figurines (from our referral contests) will be re-issued to those that own the item or a Blepp, Drava and/or Wispyr pet at the end of Alpha Testing. Once the Divine figurine is used, it will become a Common figurine (or respective color in the instance of the newly released Divine Drava Figurines), which is a regular item that is not limited to Alpha Testing that will not be re-issued.

Furthermore, Staff will only reissue the original color of the Divine Figurine that was used on your pet.
Example: If you use a Divine Common Blepp Figurine on your pet and then use a Crimson Shimmer Dust on your pet, you will NOT be issued a Divine Crimson Blepp Figurine with our rollover, you will be issued another Divine Common Blepp Figurine.
Example: If you use a Divine Pipsqueak Drava Figurine on your pet, you will be issued another Divine Pipsqueak Drava Figurine with our rollover.

If a pet species is not listed here it will not be reissued - this includes the newly released Harlowin pet, which will not be re issued, as it can be obtained during our Beta Launch.

Cash Shop Purchases: Anything purchased from the Cash Shop that is on your account at the end of Alpha Testing will be reissued to your account during Beta. This also includes leftover SanCash and SanCash Coins. Items that have been added to your Beta wardrobe will be added directly to your wardrobe, and Pet Slots will be applied directly to your account towards your account's maximum pet slot count. Again, if Player A sells their prizes to player B, then Player A will not have their prizes re-issued for Beta -- Player B will receive them because they own the items at the end of Alpha Testing.

Official Santae Contests: Anything won from an Official Santae Contest will be reissued. This includes anything from our BuyMeACoffee, Discord server, Social Media Platforms and Onsite Forums. If a Contest is an Official Contest it will be held in our Official Contest Forums or Official Giveaways channel in our Discord server or will be clearly transcribed on our BuyMeACoffee / Social Media Platforms at the time of the Official Contest start date.

Official Santae Issued Trophies/Medals: Any award issued from Santae Management or Community Manager will be reissued. Medals/Trophies in this list are the Helpful Member and Creative Spotlight Medals. This also includes the anything from our BuyMeACoffee Memberships, regardless of whether your membership is active/expired at the time of our Beta Launch. This does not include any other medal/trophy not currently listed on this list, including trophies/medals won from Games or the Dragon Wrangler Medal from the Lava Caves.

Glitch Pet Name Certificates and Glitch Pet Name Policy: Glitch Pet Names will be reissued to your account during Beta. You may choose to do anything you’d like with the renamed pet, however the name cannot be renamed/swapped like a normal name would, as it does contain “glitched” characters in it. Please be aware that Staff will not be able to make the name change/swap for you, either. Staff will not reissue the name or Glitched Pet Name Certificate if your pet is accidentally renamed.

You may sell/trade the Glitched Pet Name Certificate should you wish to, however Staff will not reissue the item to you during Beta - instead, it will be awarded to whomever owns the item/glitched pet at the end of Alpha Testing. This item may not be redeemed for anything other than a “Glitched” Character pet name, and holds no real monetary value. Santae Management may update these rules as they deem necessary.

Celebrasaurus Minimal: Merick assures us that this minimal bonds to their adventurer and will insist on joining them again during our Beta Launch! This minimal will be re-issued to your account, even if your pet has already consumed this minimal for their food collection.
