Honed Weapons at Gruff's Weaponry


Gruff has been fine tuning his forging skills with a few of Santae's iconic weapons and battlements. He is now proud and ready to show-off the new, refined looks for some of the weapons in his forge-front store.



Our wonderful Artist Team has been hard at work revamping some of the weapons we have come to know and love on site to better fit Santae's style. You can now purchase them from Gruff's Weaponry for questing and your weapons collections if you haven't already!

More Hidden Avatars Revealed

More QOL Fixes and Updates

As apart of this downtime period, with the Plushie Palooza and ongoing SanDust Event, our The Santae Team has been hard at work getting through a list of requests to make fixes to UI and QoL across the site. We again thank you all for your thoughtful contributions to the Feedback Forum which is now closed. The Jars of SanDust have now all been distributed to those who contributed.

 The Team has been sorting through the items in this forum to ensure those that are most impactful are being addressed over this period.

Here are the highlights from the last few days:

> Items with punctuation errors have been corrected, please continue to report them if you find any more!

> Inventory now tells you why your pet is unavailable when trying to use an item with them.

> Items priced at 0 in your Usershop will now appear at the top of your "stock edit" page.

>Recent Usershop sales are now available in the search feature.

> The date a trophy is earned by a user, is now shown on your User Profile.

>"Recipe" is now a selectable item type in the inventory "types" dropdown.

> Your Pet's Image now shown on the "Are you sure you want to use an item on this pet?" dialog.

> There is now a 1 second timer for the "Use this item on X pet" dialog.

Plushie Palooza: Rhymoss Plushies Arrive!

Rhymoss plushies have caused a stampede at the Plushie Machine -- they are so excited to join you and your pet on adventures!

If you want your best chance to add these Rhymoss to your pet's collection, be sure to swing by the Plushie Machine in the next 48 hours for extremely boosted rates!

You can earn additional Plushie Machine Tokens by completing Terrible Toymaker quests or buying some over in the sanDust shop for 350 sanDust each! 

The next new batches of plushies is scheduled to arrive on the 6th of December at 20:00 SST.

The Way Of The Warrior Mage

Last month, the wearable appearance of the Warrior Mage armor was refreshed, allowing your HA to adopt a mystical new look. Now, the full set of item artwork for the Warrior Mage set has also been updated!

But that's not all. Jasper of the Celestial Armory has forged two brand-new additions to this set, adding the Warrior Mage Amulet and Warrior Mage Skirt to the collection!

If you can make your way to the highest reaches of the Celestial Peaks, your reward will be the finest-quality craftsmanship in all of Santae. Visit Jasper's Celestial Armory to collect the new and updated Warrior Mage items -- and whatever other arms and armor you might require -- today!

Swirl of SanDust Continues

Don't forget, Adventurers: Now is one of the best times to hunt for  sanDust! Until the 15th of December, 2024, 23:59 SST, the amount of  sanDust acquired by exploring and participating in activities around Santae is doubled.

TL;DR

Quality of Life Improvements:

The Santae Team has been hard at work the last few days sorting through all of our community members' posts to find impactful suggestions and fixes we can make! Here are the highlights of the changes made in the last day or so:

★ Navigation bar optimization for various screen sizes on mobile devices.

★ The max width of forum pages is now wider (1440px) to prepare to accommodate upcoming updates to boards.

★ You can now see your pet count and slot count on the "My Pets" page. 

★ A popup reminder will now appear at the top of your "My Pets" page if you are in the middle of taming a new pet.

★ Using an item on a pet no longer changes your "active pet" (Note: The drop down will still have the last pet you used an item on selected once you use an item on a non-active pet. However, once you reload the page, it will default back to your active pet).

★ Inventory will now permanently remember what you last sorted it by. It defaults to "Newest First" for new players, but changing it to "Alphabetical" will remember that until you next change your sorting method.

There is much more work to be done during this QoL/UI update and Bug Fixing window!
