Community Event: Gooppers Galore Update!

Skylar is thrilled to announce a monumental breakthrough in our journey to unlock the secrets and origins of the Gooppers. Thanks to the tireless efforts and contributions of our incredible community, Skylar has reached 50% of their research goal! Your dedication has helped Skylar unlock a remarkable discovery--the mysterious grotto, which is teeming with variations of Gooppers never before seen.

Skylar's research, combined with the unique gathering items brought by our adventurers has led to the location of a hidden grotto deep within the heartwoods. This secluded sanctuary is unlike anything we've encountered before. Within its depths, various types of Gooppers are seen throughout the grotto. This discovery marks a significant milestone in our quest to understand these elusive creatures.

The grotto seems to be some sort of Sanctuary to the Gooppers, many of which have never been documented, each with unique behaviors and characteristics, providing invaluable insights into the Gooppers' world. Skylar and the research team are cataloging each type in order to unlock the secrets they hold.

Reaching 50% of our research goal is an incredible achievement, but our journey is far from over. Continue to bring Skylar more gathering items as they will bring us one step closer to understanding the origins of the Goopper.

Vespera and the adventurers journeyed through the Harmonic Heartwoods and with the help of River, Dew and Henrietta, the team discovered the Ancient Grove! Vespera found the ancient oak trees that seemed to reach even higher than they were described in the tales told by the elders.

Do these peculiar mushrooms that are appearing in each gathering location have something to do with the Goopper minimals that are also appearing?

Skylar Fieldstone, our resident Field Expert and Researcher, has been tirelessly studying the mysterious origin of the Gooppers. After analyzing the Celestial Toadstools found in every gathering location, Skylar believes these gathering items could hold the key to locating the source of the Gooppers. A breakthrough in their research could lead us to uncover the origin of these mysterious creatures!

Skyler's hypothesis is simple yet profound: the Gooppers leave behind traces wherever they go. By studying these traces left by the Gooppers, a pattern has emerged. If followed, the pattern should lead directly to the source of the Gooppers. The gathering items scattered through the lands could hold more information than previously thought, and could be the key to unlocking the Gooppers origins and secrets!

Skylar is calling upon all adventurers to assist in a critical mission and is asking that each adventurer gather items from each of the gathering locations. Skylar is particularly interested in the items from each gathering location that is appearing alongside the Gooppers. Bring these items to Skylar to aid in their research -- your contributions could be the key to solving one of the greatest current mysteries of Santae!

Community Event: Gathering Gooppers and Toadstools!

Head over to the Gathering Bounty quest and collect the items that Skylar Fieldstone requests. The number of items that you provide them with will advance their research. Together, we can uncover the origin of the Gooppers and any secrets they may hold!

As a thank you, Skylar will award a Gooppers Galore Trophy to every adventurer that assists with this research project when it is all over!

At the end of Alpha Testing, we will be resetting all member accounts, excluding the items outlined in our Rollover Policy. No need to worry as we have an extensive logging system to record any items outlined in the Rollover Policy that will be reissued during our Beta Phase. During Alpha, our cash shop will be 50% off (excluding sC and promotional items) as a token of our gratitude and for your contributions to Santae during our Alpha Testing Phase. We gently remind you to please take a moment to review our Alpha Tester Rollover Policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask either on the forums or on Discord. Thank you all again for your understanding and continued support during this critical period of Development and helping Santae be the best we can be.

Getting Acquainted With Santae

We carefully hand selected you to be an Alpha Tester to provide invaluable, unbiased feedback which will aid in the games future development. On that note, we ask all testers to remember that this is just the beginning of our journey to Official Launch, and we are thrilled to have you as valued Alpha Testers! Please bear in mind that the game may have bugs and/or glitches, and we are counting on you to report these. We strongly encourage you to do your best to seek any bugs, glitches or errors out and report them to staff promptly, as this will be very valuable in preparing us for our Beta Phase and Beyond!

We invite you to familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions, which apply to all members and staff. We greatly appreciate your efforts in identifying and reporting any glitches, bugs, or errors you encounter. Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps improve the overall experience for everyone. Thank you for your contributions and understanding during this phase of development.

Bugs/Glitches & Error's

As expected, there may be some bumps along the way, but that's part of the development process and where you all are our biggest asset. Here's some helpful information on how and where to report any issues you encounter:

• Bugs/Glitches: These are functionality issues like being able to play a game an unlimited amount of times without a cooldown timer, or if you're doing a quest and cannot turn an item in for any reason. Being able to create more pets than the current limit (which is 8, though it may increase with a certain item...) or being able to read a book to another player's pet.

• Errors: These are messages like "Error, Please contact an Administrator!" "500 Server error," or "404 this page does not exist," as well as broken images, spelling mistakes, and aesthetic issues like images stretching/spilling off the page.

Thank you all for helping us improve by reporting any of these issues you may find.

How to Report + Find Out What Has Already Been Reported

Our Forums are the best place to make + view already reported matters - Please refer to our Bugs, Glitches & Errors Subforums when making a report - be sure to do your best to put them into the appropriate locations, our wonderful staff can help guide you to the correct location as well.

We ask that if the site needs to be shut down at any point for immediate/emergency maintenance that all alpha testers please try to stay calm and patient while we work through the issues, and do our best to get the site back up as soon as possible. Please note that Major Issues will be reported to all users via our Notification System + communicated effectively on our Discord Server.
