Silvershade's Discovery
Silvershade was walking around the perimeter of the Minimal Ranch, checking on the outskirts of the property, when Quin the Quibblet hopped right off of their shoulder and plopped onto the ground.
"Where are you off to, pal?" Silvershade laughed down at the little Minimal. Quin let out a little croak in reply and wiggled toward a nearby patch of shrubs and flowering bushes.
"Oh, that is lovely," Silvershade remarked. The buds of blossoms nestled into the leaves were just beginning to open, showing flashes of bright color amidst the bright green leaves.
Quin was extra interested in something about the shrub. Wiggling mightily, the Quibblet used its little fins to clamber up into the greenery and perch next to a lavender blossom almost the same size as it.
When Quin bumped its nose against the petals of the strange flower, the source of the Quibblet's interest in the bloom was revealed. The petals unfolded into a pair of flowery-looking wings. It wasn't a flower at all, but a birdlike Minimal!
The Floreet and Quin exchanged chirps and croaks of greeting. Silvershade reached down to gently scoop their Quibblet companion out of the bush.
"Sharp eyes, buddy!" Silvershade grinned. "What a beautiful Minimal that Floreet is -- but I might have missed it if you weren't looking out."
On Silvershade's next trip south into the wilds of Valaria, something unusual caught their eye. The plants in this part of Santae were different from the greenery surrounding the Ranch in Aleriea, but a tree near their campsite had strangely familiar looking flowers in its branches!
Could it be another Minimal? Silvershade took a closer look. The shape was similar, but the color was wrong -- these were pink and yellow!
Just a few more minutes of careful observation were enough to reveal the truth. Eventually, one of the "flowers" unfurled its wings and fluttered up into the sky. It was a Floreet after all, but of a different variety than the one Silvershade had seen before!
"Fascinating! They must be like the Giggleroos," Silvershade exclaimed. "Uniquely adapted varieties in different parts of Santae!"

You'll need plenty of Plushie Machine Tokens to try your luck. Earn them from the Terrible Toymaker by completing her quests in Shadow Veil Pass!

Ready to let your creativity shine and show off your coloring skills? We will soon be hosting a second official Santae Coloring Contest!
In the Coloring Contest, participants are provided with the lineart for a Santae pet. Using this base, you can use any art program or tools you want to create the pet color of your dreams. Select the perfect colors, create beautiful patterns, and even make small edits to the lines if you want!
We're currently in the planning phase for this contest, and we have a question for you: What pet species would you like to color?

The Plushie Machine's stock has expanded again, this time to include four more new cuddly friends in the adorable Heartstruck theme. Rykor, Rattlinz, Phasmic, and Grusim have joined the fun!
Can you collect them all? Use Plushie Machine Tokens to try your luck and gather the entire set of Heartstruck plushies. These sweet companions are sure to please any pet who likes to play with cute toys -- but they'd also make a stunning addition to an Adventurer's plushie collection!
If you need more Tokens, venture to Shadow Veil Pass to visit the Toymaker. If you complete her quests, she will sometimes give you a Plushie Machine Token in exchange!
Pack Presents Into Brand-New Giftboxes
These items provide a new way to send items to other users. Show you care, and give your friends the suspense and thrill of unwrapping a surprise present, using giftboxes available now at Skybound Sentiments!
After purchasing a container, fill it with the items of your choice. Choose "fill giftbox" in your inventory to select your gifts from your list of available items!
Once it's packed, you can send the giftbox to a friend or fellow Adventurer. The wrapped gift will appear in their inventory, ready to be opened and reveal the presents you selected!
Choosing "open giftbox" in your inventory allows you to choose the gift you want to open (if you have multiple), and receive the items inside.

Inventory Update
As a part of our ongoing effort to improve Adventurers' experience in Santae, we have updated the functionality within the Inventory. The "Actions" on the use dialog in the inventory should now be in a consistent order for all items!
Additionally, mobile users should also find that the "Use" dialog is now easier than ever to use!

In this exciting feature, players will navigate magical game boards, racing to collect items and complete quests while engaging in mini-games that test their skills, strategy, and luck. Compete with friends or team up to overcome tricky challenges, with each turn bringing new surprises, power-ups, and obstacles.
We want to share every step of the journey with our community -- so we are kicking off Mystic Mondays!

Inflamed With Eternal Love!
Vixon, Santae’s noble warrior and esteemed weapon collector, has always been a force to be reckoned with. However, an undeniable transformation has taken hold of him. His once-familiar form now glows bright by his unconditional love like an eternal flame. This is not a result of the Heartsong Festival, but something much deeper.
Introduced during the Heartsong Festival (but remaining as a permanent feature once the festival ends), Vixon -- like so many Santarians -- is reflecting on love long past, and hoping for love the future might bring. Vixon is collecting Roseweaver Roses believing they may one day lead him back to his long-lost love, Malyk.
In gratitude for every Roseweaver Rose you gift him, Vixon will reward you with a special prize—one every six hours! While this special collection is released as part of Heartsong, Vixon’s daily quests are here to stay year-round.
What discoveries will we uncover as we continue to venture further alongside him in this mysterious journey?
New Heartstruck Friends Have Arrived
Celebration of the Heartsong Festival continues with the addition of even more adorable Heartstruck plushies to the Plushie Machine! The drop rate for these four new plushies are also temporarily boosted for 48 hours
The Heartstruck Wolperjack, Ogreling, Quibbit, and Ursoso plushies are soft, squishy, and made with love in every stitch. They're perfect toys for your pets to cuddle and adore -- and also lovely additions to any plushie collection!
Can you collect them all? Visit the Plushie Machine to spend your Plushie Machine Tokens and try your luck! If you need more Tokens, the Terrible Toymaker may be willing to part with some in return for help with her quests.
Love Is Everywhere: Heartsong Season Brings New Materials
Vespera paused at the edge of the seashore at Lani Archipelago, feeling a cool breeze drift past. It was still faintly chilly outside, even here next to the warm sea, but there was a faint scent of the coming spring in the air. Soon all of Santae would be bursting with life again -- and in some places, the transformation had already begun!
Luminary Meadows was one example, of course, with the blossoming of the Roseweaver Roses. But Vespera had also been sending her pets on Gathering expeditions to other locations in search of fresh blooms and new materials.
Right on cue, Vespera heard a melodious chirp from above. A moment later, River came swooping down with a gathering pouch clutched in her beak.
"Welcome back!" Vespera greeted her friend warmly. "How was your trip to the Forgotten Cavern?" Taking the pouch, Vespera examined its contents: A trio of plants with softly glimmering flowers and leaves!
"Oh, how beautiful!" Vespera exclaimed, twirling a bright pink Lovewhisper Lily blossom between her fingers. "I've never seen anything quite like these before. Look, River -- this one matches you!" Vespera draped the flowering Rosevine Garland, with soft green leaves and bright red flowers, around River's neck. She sighed. "I just love how all these cavern plants glow. It's so lovely!" The Glowheart Fern was a perfect example, its gracefully bent heart-shaped fronds emitting a soft golden light bright enough to sparkle even under the afternoon sun.
"Great work," Vespera scritched River under the chin affectionately. "Shall we go for a walk before heading home?"
The duo headed away from the hustle and bustle of the main island, walking the secluded boardwalk that led toward the lagoon at Solar Sands. Vespera took a seat at the edge of the water, dipping her feet into the cool shallows. Together, Vespera and River watched the fish leap and splash in the waters of the lagoon -- including a handful of new varieties!
"What a lovely time of year," Vespera exclaimed with a grin. "I do love the Heartsong season!"

Floral New Minimals Are In Bloom
Vespera has discovered a sure sign of the changing season to come in her journeys across the wilds of Santae. Three never-before-seen Minimals are blossoming with life!
Liora's coat is adorned with a bouquet of ripe golden blossoms that rustle with magical vitality. As this rare cat-like Minimal bounds across the plains, it leaves trails of lush golden growth in its wake. Spotting one is a sure omen of a bountiful season to come!
While Liora thrives under the bright golden sun, Obscila only blossoms under the red glow of the Nether Moon. If you venture deep into the forests of the Shadow Veil Pass, you may encounter signs of this elusive creature in the form of beads of red dew that weep from its crimson petals.
When the Nether Moon sets, Mirelle comes out to play under the cold blue moonlight. Legends claim that lost travelers can follow this Minimal's luminous blooms to find safety, even on the darkest and mistiest of nights!

Tracking The Exalted Dragons
Silvershade has a special challenge awaiting any bold Adventurer who wants to attempt to herd some of the rarest Minimals they have discovered yet. After weeks of chasing down the faintest sign -- a stray claw mark here, a distant metallic glint in the sky there -- Silvershade is ready to guide Adventurers to the location of Sylveris, Aurevian, and Brontivar via Herding!
These dragons are some of the most exceptional creatures in all of Santae, steeped in magic and mystery. Sylveris, formed of moonlight and stardust, has perfectly mirror-like silver scales. Golden Aurevian is said to be the guardian of fate itself, and its presence is thought to bring prosperity to its honorable companions. Brontivar's rune-etched bronze scales carry tales from the ancient past -- a living repository of history.
Herding these Minimals is no easy feat. Their Exalted status makes them some of the most challenging Minimals to befriend!

Event Quests Continue: Vixon's Search For Love
The Heartsong season is the time to reflect on love long past -- and to hope for the love that the future may bring! Vixon is collecting Roseweaver Roses in the hopes that he can one day find his long lost love, Malyk.
Every 6 hours, you can visit Vixon to hand over a Roseweaver Rose by visiting Vixon! When you do, he will reward you with an item in return.
The pool of possible rewards includes the Heartstitch Chest and its familiar selection of items -- but also a brand-new selection of season-themed stamps, books, and foods!
This daily is a permanent addition to Santae. The Eternal Heartsong daily, along with the Roseweaver Grotto, will continue to be accessible once the Heartsong Festival ends.

QoL Improvements: Adventure In Dark Mode
We're excited to announce a brand-new option available to all Adventurers on the user settings page: Change your display of Santae into dark mode!
Selecting Santae's dark mode will shift the colors of all pages into a darker scheme that some Adventurers may find easier on the eyes. You can freely swap your display settings between dark mode and Santae's default theme at any time, and the theme you have chosen will remain selected on your account until you manually change it again.
Maseric's Newest Creations: Divine Pipsqueak Figurines
Maseric has practiced his artistry upon a new batch of enchanted Divine Figurines. His latest creations have the power to transform your pet into an adorable Pipsqueak! Choose from eight different pet species: Direfang, Shimmerint, Lerk, Nochturn, Pippim, Rattlinz, Nontra, and Ogreling.

Art Improvements Continue
The talented Artist team is hard at work revamping and updating some of Santae's oldest items, and a new batch of improvements has just been finalized.

14.1 Creation and Use of Custom CSS: Permanently altering, obscuring, hiding or manipulating official pet images on user or pet profiles through Custom CSS is strictly prohibited. Any user found in violation of this rule will have their Custom CSS removed.

1.5 Self-Harm or Suicide: Santae is not equipped to moderate discussions related to self-harm or suicidal ideation. If you are experiencing distress, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a trusted individual, medical professional, emergency services, or a national crisis hotline in your area. To ensure the safety and well-being of our community, accounts found to have a history of posting such content, whether on-site or the Official Discord, may be subject to immediate suspension. Additionally, referencing self-harm or suicidal ideation in an attempt to appeal an account closure or to pressure The Santae Team into reinstating an account will result in the forfeiture of any possible appeal.
19. Liability - New Addition
19.5 Account Security & Data Integrity: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, including keeping login credentials confidential. Santae Entertainment LLC is not liable for any unauthorized account access, loss of virtual items, or currency due to compromised credentials. Users should take appropriate measures, such as enabling two-factor authentication if available, frequent changing of passwords or any other reasonable mean to safeguard their accounts.
19.6 Virtual Goods & No Monetary Value: All in-game items, currencies, pets, and other digital assets within Santae are virtual and hold no real-world monetary value. Users cannot sell, trade, or exchange these assets for real-world currency or goods outside of Santae’s approved systems. Santae Entertainment LLC reserves the right to revoke, modify, or delete virtual assets at its discretion.
19.7 Fair Play & No Exploitation: Users are strictly prohibited from exploiting game mechanics, bugs, or unintended features to gain an unfair advantage. Any discovered exploit must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in account penalties, including temporary or permanent suspension.
19.8 Third-Party Tools & Automation: The use of bots, scripts, or any form of automation to interact with Santae’s services is prohibited unless explicitly permitted. Users found engaging in unauthorized automation, including but not limited to auto-refreshers, auto-clickers, or data scraping, will face disciplinary action, including account suspension.
19.9 Animation, Flash Effects, and Accessibility: Santae Entertainment LLC may include animations, visual effects, flashing lights, or other graphical elements as part of its user interface and gameplay experience. Users who are sensitive to flashing images, rapid movements, or other visual effects should take necessary precautions, such as adjusting their device settings or using browser accessibility features. Santae Entertainment LLC is not liable for any discomfort, health issues, or adverse reactions caused by these visual effects. Users with concerns about accessibility are encouraged to provide feedback, but Santae cannot guarantee modifications to accommodate all sensitivities.
19.10 Compliance with Laws & Regulations: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Santae. Any use of the platform for illegal activities, including fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access to data, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
